Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi brings back his famous volleyball tournament 4x4 mixed.
This is the 5th consecutive year that Sorbonne Campus will gather the volley-ball lovers from UAE in order to create another amazing sports show.

The format of the edition 2019 will be Mixed Teams 4 vs 4. (only guys or only girls is not allowed)
Possible teams compositions:
- 3 guys and 1 girl
- 3 girls and 1 guy
- 2 guys and 2 girls

Registration Fees - 400 AED per Team - Up to 31st of January 2019
Registration Fees - 500 AED per Team - Between 1st of February - 27th of February 2019

Every Team has to register a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 6 players in order to participate. 4 people only is not possible - 1 or 2 replacement players are mandatory.
Each game will oppose 4 players vs 4 with always having mixed gender on the pitch. If during the tournament a team is not able to provide mixed players due to an injury or any other reason the team will be disqualified.
Maximum number of Teams allowed for registration - 18 ( 3 groups of 6 teams each) or 12 ( 2 groups of 6 )
Each team is guaranteed with a minimum of 5 games. ( 1 game in group stage = 1 set of 15 points )

First games start 9am sharp so all players should be present at Sorbonne campus between 8am-8h45am for check-in, coffee and warm up. Check in closes 8h45am and no players will be allowed to participate without check in.

Program for the day:

8am - 8h45am = Check in and warm up
8h45am - 9am = Briefing for all players
9am - 12h30pm = Group stage games
12h30pm - 1h30pm = Prayer Break, Lunch
1h30pm - 4h30pm = Final 6 and Awarding Ceremony
