Day one : Thursday 21 Feb 2019.
At 16.00 bike ride for 1 hour. At 17.00 a 30 min break .
At 17.30 a 7km run.
At 18.30 Dinner .

Day two: Friday 22 Feb 2019.
At 06.00 am , long bike ride 3 to 4 hours .
At 15.00 a treadmill run and hill rep for one hour and a half .
At 18.30 Lazy river challenge (swim) for 1 hour.
At 20.00 dinner and nutrition Q&A.

Day three: Saturday 23 Feb 2019.
At 06.30 am, long trail run for two hours with run tec Q&A.
At 14.00 a brick session, bike run bike run.
At 16.00 Open water session,
At 18.30 dinner.

Day four Sunday 24 Feb 2019.
At 06.30 am, Triathlon simulation.
