Ring the bell challenge is fun fitness event for teams of three (M,M,F). Take on OCR workouts over one day to test and celebrate your health and fitness achievements and benchmark your daily efforts at the gym. Workouts are suitable for all ages, abilities and adaptions so everyone can take part.
Your team of three will take on OCR/functional fitness workouts incorporating teamwork, Obstacles, high-intensity cardio, and accessible weights
The upcoming event at ISPAH Congress 2022 will be the 5th edition of this fun challenge since the opening of DSF in 2020, will be organized by @adphc_ae
