Pocari Sweat Run 2025 Dubai marks the debut of a premier running event
in the Middle East. Open to all fitness levels, the event offers a range of
race categories to suit everyone. With three race distances—21KM, 10KM, and
5KM it’s a fun and challenging way to engage in a large community fitness
event. 

Focused on promoting active families and healthy communities, the event
inspires group participation for a happier, healthier lifestyle.

The event is organized by Dubai Sports Council, in association with Expo
City Dubai, Dubai Police, and the RTA.

• When and where is the Pocari Sweat Run 2025 Dubai?

  The Pocari Sweat Run 2025 Dubai will be held on Saturday 12th April at Al Forsan Park in Expo City Dubai.

• Who is eligible to enter the run?

  Participants below 18 years of age, must obtain parent’s/guardian’s consent to enter and participate.

• What are the run categories?

  21KM Open Run Category – Adult Male and Female) (18 years +)

  5KM Run - AED 50
  10KM Run - AED 100
  21KM Run - AED 200

• What is the event program?

  5:00 AM - Open Registration/Run Village
  6:30 AM – 21KM, 10KM and 5KM Runs Start
  9:30 AM - Awards and Cash Prize Presentation
  11:00 AM - Pocari Sweat Run 2025 Dubai Celebrations Ends

• How will I know if my online registration has been accepted?

  You will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration and payment.

• What is the Pocari Sweat 2025 Dubai Run route?

  The Pocari Sweat Run 2025 Dubai will start and finish at Al Forsan Park in Expo City Dubai.
  There will be three marked distances, 21KM, 10KM and 5KM.

• Race Pack / Number collection details?

  All successfully registered participants will receive their race pack and t-shirt on the event day during registration.

• When is the registration closing?

  Monday 7th April 2025 or when Pocari Sweat Run 2025 Dubai capacity is full.

• What are the run cut-off times?

  21KM run to be completed in 3 hours
  10KM run to be completed in 1 hour 20 minutes
  5KM fun run to be completed in 50 minutes

• Will there be water stations available?

  Yes. Participants can refresh themselves with water and Pocari Sweat drinks provided at the hydration stations along the run route and in the run village.
  Single use plastic bottles will not be permitted. We will request all participants, vendors and crew to bring their own reusable, re-fillable water bottles.
  Water from individual plastic bottles will not be available during the event.
  Eco-friendly paper cups are provided for those people who forget their personal use bottles.

• Will there be medical support stations during the event?

  Medical team will be in attendance, stationed at the run village, start and finish area and there will be additional ambulances and paramedics around the run route.

• Will there be support stations? If yes, how many, where, providing what support?

  Yes. Participants can refresh themselves with water and Pocari Sweat drinks provided at the hydration stations along the run route and in the run village.

• What are my options for parking?

  There is plenty of parking space at Al Forsan Park in Expo City Dubai.

• Will there be spectators’ areas?

  There will be designated areas for spectators to view the start and finish as well as on the route. There will also be a run village that will include family friendly entertainment, food and beverage retail option

• Where can I find the results to the event?

  Official results for the Pocari Sweat Run 2025 Dubai 21KM, 10KM and 5KM will be posted on the event website and social media platforms.

• Important Notice

  All entrants will be required to agree to the terms and conditions of Pocari Sweat Run 2025 Dubai in order to participate. Waivers must be agreed online to complete the registration process. There will be NO registrations on the run day. No refunds for participants who do not eventually take part in the run for whatever reason. Transfer of run entries to another party is STRICTLY prohibited.

• Event Waiver

  Each participant has informed themselves of the medical contraindications that may affect their participation in the Pocari Sweat Run 2025 Dubai 21KM, 10KM and 5KM, absolves the run organizers (including medical and technical staff) of any responsibility for medical problems or injuries that they may incur during the event. By signing the run rules and waiver, each participant confirms that they are aware of this. The organizers reserves the right to use any photograph (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the event taken before, during and after the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors.
