Join our Ladies Run Club for the Online Summer Plan, so that you can train with us from anywhere in the world. All programming is featured on TrainingPeaks, so that you have a coach in your pocket all summer long. Sessions will cover runs (tempo, interval, easy, and long), strength, core and mobility. There will also be 2x group coaching calls during the 7 weeks.
The 7 weeks will be programmed in TrainingPeaks. Just download the app and create an account.
Then reach out to the Coach (Steph) and she will ensure the plan is loaded for you.
The plan has be built so that you can run solo if you like, and from where ever you are this summer. However you will also be added to the Ladies Run Club WhatsApp group to join any organised runs if you wish.
Yes, Coach Steph from InnerFight Endurance has written the program and will be able to help you with any questions over WhatsApp.
