IRONSTAR Indoor Triathlon is a great opportunity to race and train over the summer with an accessible time-based format. Individuals and teams of all levels will try their best and go as far as possible within a time limit

Races Details:

Individual open male and female categories (16+) will complete:
- 10min swim | 30min indoor bike | 20min indoor run
- 5min rest/transition between each discipline

Teams of 3 with a simultaneous start:
- 30min swim | 30min indoor bike | 30min indoor run
