What's in the program?

The Time Trial sessions lasts 90 mins.
We will have 4 categories to check your time:
50m
100m swim
500m swim
1k swim
After the trial our coach will work on your technique, share some tips on how improve your speed and how to work on after, give feedback on your mistakes (if any).
