This program is ideal for beginners and intermediate levels (swimming 500m slower than 15 minutes) to attend mixed level group sessions conducted by a coach unlimited times during the validation period. Maximum 16 sessions per 2 months. A professional coach will master the basic elements of your freestyle technique: gliding, body position in water, balance and breathing, guide and explain how to develop your speed and endurance. Come and train with a team of like-minded people, where you will be learning and improving your swimming technique.

About the coach:
Alexander Martin is a professional swimming coach.
He has been a swimming coach for a local Filipino triathlon group for a quite some time in which he appointed swim master for the year 2019-2020.
Has Multiple Half Ironman 70.3 finishes in sprint and Olympic relay categories in local races.
Michael van Rensburg is a qualified Adult Educator, SAI swim instructor for all levels from learn to swim to squad training. Have been coaching for over 10 years in multiple countries: Taiwan, South Africa and UAE. He has a Drassa Lifeguard certification (safety first)
