Running School is for everyone who would like to:
- Enjoy running
- Master the technique of Natural Running
- Train properly by heart-rate/pulse
- Easily run 5 to 10 kilometers after a month of training
- Learn to run, but do not know where to start
Eight Weeks of Training - 2 sessions per week with the coach.
Sessions every Monday/Wednesday at 7.00 pm
The coaches will help you to master the techniques needed to run safely, even if you have never run before.
They will assist you to correct any mistakes which may lead to injury.
The coaches can adjust your program based on any illnesses or missed sessions that may occur, ensuring you don’t overload yourself and allowing you to be at your best for your full distance.
Before the start of the training, you will get a club jersey, a bag for the form and other gifts.
All you will ever need is a pair of sneakers and you are all set for the training.
