Confident Cycling School.
Our cycling school was created for experienced cyclists who want to master the techniques of riding a bike and accomplish new goal of a long cycling race.
Goals of the course is to ride at either Gran Fondo Cyprus (March 27-29) or Mallorca 312 (April 25) so training will last 10 or 15 weeks depending your race choice.
The program will include various classes with short and long sessions on the bike, Strength & Conditioning, thorough training plan with amazing coach support.
Come on and join a group of like-minded people to train with!

What equipment will I need?

A bike, cycling shoes, and a helmet — you can rent them for a few lessons/training sessions. You will also need a cycling uniform: cycling shorts and a cycling top/jersey, cycling sunglasses and a sports bottle.

Included:	Certificate, Goody Bag, Refreshments, 10 or 15 weeks of training with the coach depending your race choice, ILSS team support
