Distances:
• SUPER SPRINT – 375m swim, 2.7km run, 10km bike, 430m run
• SPRINT – 2.7km run, 750m swim, 2.7km run, 20km bike, 430m run
• OLYMPIC – 2.7km run, 1.5km swim, 5.7km run, 30km bike, 430m run

Timing chip must be worn on left leg for the swim, cycle and run.
Bring your own race belt to attach the race number to, or they can be bought in the race village on race day.
Race number must be worn on back side for cycle and on the front side for run.
Race numbers are different colors to indicate to marshal which distance you are doing.
Race numbers and timing chips to be returned after finishing the race.

All levels but be prepared for some challenging stages on run and bike legs.

Only Olympic distance will experience 20% off road running on hard compact gravel – rest of the course for all distances is on tarred roads.

Pre-Race: Velo Presto mechanics will be available from the beginning of registration on race day to assist with any basic repairs and maintenance on a first-come first-served basis. Velo Presto will not be able to assemble bicycles or carry out any complex or time-consuming repairs e.g. hydraulic systems etc.

Family discounts are available for families of 3 or more wanting to enter this event, and are ONLY for parents and THEIR children and is offered by Super Sports to make it more economically viable for the whole family to participate. To avail of the family discount, please email [email protected], so that the family discount code can be given to you.

Please scan the QR codes in the Race Village to view your result once you have finished running. Full results will be on the Super Sports website as soon as possible at http://www.supersportsuae.com.

Photos can be found on your results page by clicking on the CAMERA icon and then doing a bib or selfie search. Photos will be available 24 hours after the race has finished. Individual photos are not included in the race fee nor guaranteed.

With the new updates introduced on 17 May 2021, relating to COVID-19 procedures, we have been informed by the Dubai Sports Council that these new procedures need to be implemented with immediate effect.
With this in mind, It is compulsory for every participant to show us proof - at Race Check-In when collecting your race pack - that you have been fully vaccinated by downloading the ALHOSN app or valid COVID-19 vaccination certificate. PCR Tests are not accepted as you must be fully vaccinated or show us your exemption certificate.

Please note: Under 16 years are Exempted.

No spectators – only for juniors doing the Super Sprint will a parent be allowed to support.
Participants to wear a mask before the start and once you finish the event (no need to wear a mask while participating)
Staff will wear masks for the entire duration of the event and sanitize regularly.
The self-social distancing of 2m at all times except when participating.
