During the early stages of the Triathlon season, test your ability in a Duathlon and “Run-Bike-Run” as an individual or compete with your friends as a Relay team.
And it is a great season for the athlete (runners) to measure their endurance level by running 10 km for the male category & 5 km for the female's running race.

• By what time should I arrive at the event venue?

  At 6:00 am

• What are my options for parking?

  Car parking will be signposted.

• Race Pack / Number collection details?

  You can collect the race pack and numbers at the event venue "SANDAN INDUSTRY"

• Are there bag drop facilities?

  There will be a tent / area to keep your bags.

• Will there be support stations? If yes, how many, where, providing what support?

  Two stations each for the bike route and the run route as well. The main station will be at the start and finish line.

• What estimated time will the event finish?

  As a plan will do the closing ceremony between 10 to 11:15 am.

• What are the Event Distances?

  Male Duathlon (Individual & Relay) - 10 km Running - 40 km Bike - 5 km Running.
  Female Duathlon (Individual & Relay) - 5 km Running - 20 km Bike - 2.5 km Running.
  Junior boys Duathlon - 5 km Running - 20 km Bike - 2.5 km Running.

• What are the Trophies and Awards for this event?

  Medals for the winners, and medals for all finishers in addition to trophies for participants in every category.
  *Top 3 prizes will be awarded if there are 15 or more entries in the category, if less than 15 participants, only the first finisher will be awarded.
