A timed fun run for all ages and abilities, the Cigna Park Run is a monthly fitness event that is designed to take you and your family out of your homes to a park, at community venues close to you.
Our runs will take place on the first Saturday of every month at 8am – and it’s free to attend. With events happening on a monthly basis you are free to attend any or all! The Cigna Park Run requires you to enter ONLY once...then from that point forward, if you wish to do ANY of the Cigna Park Runs, just turn up on the first Saturday of each month with your shirt and your timing chip.
Whether you’re young or old, the Cigna Park Run offers a fun-filled morning out with activities and surprises to kick start your health and well-being journey.
