A timed fun run for all ages and abilities, the Cigna Park Run is a regular fitness event that is designed to take you and your family out of your homes to a park, at community venues close to you.
Our runs will mostly take place on a Saturday at 8am – and it’s free to attend. With events happening on a monthly basis you are free to attend any or all! You are only required to enter once... then from that point forward, if you wish to attend ANY of the Cigna Park Runs, just turn up on the correct date with your timing chip.
Whether you’re young or old, the Cigna Park Run offers a fun-filled morning out with activities and surprises to kick start your health and well-being journey.

• Is it really free?

  Yes it really is! Once registered you are free to come to any and all the events in the calendar. You don’t need to register for each event. Just print your bib and turn up!

• Where and when can I run?

  Run with us in one of the most iconic Dubai Parks.
  Generally we try to start the runs at 8am due to the heat in Dubai so please make sure you arrive in plenty of time before the run. We advise 7.30am but please check the upcoming run page for the specifics!

• How far do I have to run?

  You can do as much or as little as you want. We are set up for a 2.5km loop which you can run twice and do 5km. Some people will choose on the day depending how they feel, others will have a plan and be ready to run. We don’t count how far you run just how long you are out running for. The rest it up to you!

• Who can come and run?

  Our Fun Run is open to everyone from all ages and all abilities. We welcome all to come and participate in the fun run and encourage you to come and try it once or every event!

• How do I get my run time?

  At the end of the run make sure you scan your bib on one of the scanners. This will tell our timing system two things. First that you have participated in the run and second your time. The timing works based on the start time so if you are late and not at the start line when the gun goes off your time will be affected!

• Is there parking?

  Yes there is! Please lookout for the Cigna Park Run Parking signs as you come onto the trunk road to the Palm. You will be directed to the Golden Mile Mall Parking which is free and plentiful!

• Is this linked to any other park runs?

  No these runs and events are not linked to any other Park Run communities.

• How is this event handling Covid19 related concerns?
