Helmet:

Ensure to bring your helmet for the race
Bike Type:

Age groupers can race with a TT bike or a road bike. If you use a TT bike you cannot draft. Different genders cannot draft of each other.
Bike Aid Stations:

There will no be bike aid stations. Please bring our own bottle
Transition Area:

Transition area will be closed at 6:45am

Please ensure to collect a new bib number on bib pick up day. No race numbers will be given out on race day. If you cannot make it, please ask someone else to pick up on your behalf.
