Ajman Virtual Half Marathon is brought to you by Ajman Tourism Development Department, under the patronage of Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi.
Challenge your self and test your limits! Set your personal target whether you will go for 10km or the half marathon distance of 21.1km. Leave a beautiful memory and gain a distinguished race medal!

• How to participate:

  1- Register for the event and set your target (10km, Half Marathon 21.1km)
  2- Run/walk the chosen distance in the period from 1/7/2020 to 31/7/2020 outdoor or indoor, (multiple runs are accepted).
  3- Record your run through any of the well-known tracking applications such as (Garmin, Strava, Samsung Health or other similar apps).
  4- Capture (screenshot) your activity page and upload it along with your personal data on the link that you will receive by email after registration.
  5- Congratulations! You have completed your participation and we will contact you within two weeks to arrange the delivery of your medal at your door.
  6- Register in your next event!

• طريقة المشاركة:

  1- سجل في الفعالية وحدد هدفك (10 كيلومتر أو نصف ماراثون 21.1 كيلومتر).
  2- جري / مشي المسافة المطلوبة خلال الفترة من 1/7/2020 إلى 31/7/2020 في الهواء الطلق أو على جهاز المشي المنزلي. (يمكن تقسيم المسافة على عدة أيام).
  3- توثيق الجري من خلال أحد برامج التتبع (جارمن أو سترافا أو سامسونج هيلث او غيرها من البرامج الشبيهة).
  4- التقط صورة (كابجر) من ملخص الجري في جهازك وارفعها مع بيانات الشخصية على الرابط الذي سيتم ارساله عبر البريد الالكتروني بعد التسجيل.
  5- مبروك! هذا كل شيء، سيتم التواصل معك خلال أسبوعين لإيصال ميدالية المشاركة التذكارية والشهادة إلى باب منزلك
  6- سجل في سباقك القادم!

• How to submit my run?

  1- You will receive an email with a link to upload your run proof with required details.
  2- The proof must be from a run tracker application and shows the date, distance, and duration.
  3- After we received your proof, we will review it, once it is approved you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. Then we will contact you to arrange your medal and certificate delivery within 2 weeks (for local deliveries within UAE only, international deliveries might take longer depend on the country).

• كيف أقوم بتسليم مشاركتي في الفعالية؟

  1- ستتلقى بريدًا إلكترونيًا فيه رابط لتحميل دليل الجري مع البيانات المطلوبة.
  2- يجب أن يكون دليل الجري من أحد تطبيقات تعقب الجري ويعرض التاريخ والمسافة المقطوعة والمدة.
  3- بعد استلام دليل مشاركتك، سنقوم بعملية المراجعة خلال 48 ساعة، بمجرد الموافقة على الدليل ستتلقى رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني. ثم سيتم التواصل معك لتنسيق موعد تسليم الميدالية خلال أسبوعين (للمشاركات من داخل الدولة، أما المشاركات من خارج دولة الإمارات فقد تستغرق وقتاً أطول حسب الدولة).

• When I can start run?

  You can start run any time in the period from 1/7/2020 to 31/7/2020.

• متى يمكنني البدء بالجري؟

  يمكنك البدء بالجري في أي وقت خلال الفترة من 1/7/2020 إلى 31/7/2020

• Can I split the distance into multiple runs?

  Yes, you can do that. You need to upload each run separately as a proof after you finish the whole distance.

• هل يمكنني تقسيم المسافة إلى أكثر من يوم؟

  نعم يمكنك ذلك. ولكن عليك أن تقوم برفع دليل المشاركة لكل يوم عند الانتهاء من إجمالي المسافة المطلوبة
