Based on strongman-type exercises as seen on TV, The Strength Challenge will be open to anyone wanting to test their strength and power against fun and challenging exercises. Offering two levels of difficulties (novice / intermediate) the elite category will be kept for the UAE’s Strongest Man/Woman competition. Competitors will go through a circuit of 6 strongman exercises as fast as possible. Competitors can expect to carry heavy loads on their back with the Yoke Walk, grip and carry loaded handles through the Farmer’s Walk, push a heavy sled with the Prowler Sprint, flip truck tires over and throw weighted objects as high as they can to showcase their overall strength and power! Prizes will be awarded to the top 5 competitors of each categories.
