Kick off the year with a training session that will give you a true reflection of your fitness levels. This off road training weekend is aimed at: Triathletes, Endurance runners and Mountain bikers. We have various options involving a 1.6 km shoreline swim, 27 - 50 km mountain bike, 5 - 27 km mixed terrain run and a combination of all 3 disciplines. The training sessions are time based so you cover as much distance as relevant to your ability and training goals. Please note this weekends act
