This workshop is aimed at Triathletes wanting to design their own nutrition plan, based on different training phases leading up to a race . It also includes race day, pre-race and recovery nutrition. You will learn how to determine your recommended fat, protein and carbohydrate intake amongst other important information based on your personal needs. Tea/coffee and lunch included.
