This event is split over 2 days; please take care when registering!
The Solo 72, Solo 50, Solo 30 and Teams 50 categories will happen on FRIDAY 6th February. The Teams 72 relay has been moved to SATURDAY 7th February.
The Teams 72 relay is as per previous years and is for teams of 5 runners (1 female mandatory) to an altitude of 1000m (36K) & returning to the start. Total distance of 72K. 4 runners shall complete the first and last stage and individual runners the other stages. The route is marked by stage markers and the teams support vehicle transports the other team members along the route.
Solo's can run the full route of 72km or opt to do shorter routes of 50km or 30km.
NEW: We have added a Teams 50 relay on the Friday. This is a shorter total distance of 50 km open to all but is especially intended for familes with children aged 9 - 17 years divided into 16 stages with each runner required to complete a minimum of 2 stage.
