The cooler climes of Salalah plays host to the inaugural Hotels Series event. The race takes place using the Juweria Boutique resort as the central location and transition point, with the swim being held in the calm protected water of the marina. As with all Muscat Triathlon Club events, kayaks and large sighting buoys will be in use, so you can feel confident and safe in the water.
The 20KM bike leg takes you on an out and back course on fast flat roads, where the only thing you'll need to worry about is whether the wind is against you or behind you. Transition again is ideally placed in the resort grounds, where a quick turnaround will see you head out of the resort for a very fast out and back 5KM after which the finishers tape will await you..
Post event there will be a complimentary BBQ for all race competitors (spectators can pay separately for the BBQ if they wish at OMR 14 per head).
