The Giant Bicycles Duathlon Series is aimed at triathletes, duathletes, cyclists, runners and fitness enthusiasts, of all ages and abilities so whether you are a beginner or a pro, this series is for you.

Kids, Tweens and Teens are welcome too as the courses are 'traffic friendly', providing the greatest degree of safety for all competitors.

The format for each race is run/bike/run and will be open to individuals athletes and teams of 2.

*****Distances and Start Times for RACE 4 for are as follows*****

MAIN RACE: - Run 4km / Bike 24km / Run 3km [START TIME 10:00am] - Ages 10 and over

TWEENS RACE: - Run 2km / Bike 12km / Run 2km [START TIME 10:15am] - Ages 8 to 12

KIDS RACE: - Run 1km / Bike 4.5km / Run 1km [START TIME 11:15am] - Ages 12 and under

NB: A new TWEENS category has been introduced from Race 4.
