A fun aquathlon the whole family can participate in and open for all ages! (There is plenty of parking at Emirates Palace, please follow directions to the Eastern Entrance which is approx 500 metres beyond the main entrance), with body marking and swim cap collection from 6am. Spectators are welcome to accompany family and friends participating in this event.

Starting with the Super Sprint and Sprint races, these events are open to ages 13 and above and will kick off at 06:30am.
Our Tiny Triathletes will wade the shore of The Emirates Palace Beach starting from 7:30am. This race is suitable for the little beginner aged up to 10. Walk, paddle or swim through knee deep water followed by a short beach run to the finish. At 07:35am the Junior race for ages 8 to 12 will be a deep water swim out to a buoy and back of approximately 200m followed by a 1.5km run.
